This is good fun way to spend a midweek lunchtime. Invite 6 or 7 friends round to your house for brunch, lunch and tapas. You will need a reasonably sized kitchen as I will be giving easy cooking lessons on how to make fruit syrups for the Prosecco, simple breads, a selection of tapas and desserts. These will then of course be consumed by you and your friends.
